【摘要】 县域经济的增长主要取决于是否可以将县域里的特色资源优势转换为县域经济优势。且在十九大报告中,习总书记提出的乡村振兴战略里有一条关键道路是必须要坚决打好精准脱贫攻坚战,也就表明在国家的层面上推动各地区因地制宜地发展地区优势特色产业,以此带动农村区域的可持续发展。广东省和平县根据当地的资源优势、市场需求等综合条件,县委县政府选取发展猕猴桃产业作为带动当地经济可持续发展、实现乡村振兴的基本路径之一。其作为华南地区最大的猕猴桃生产基地,猕猴桃既是当地的特色产业,又是优势产业。但在伴随国内陕西、湖南、四川等主要猕猴桃生产区的冲击;国外新西兰、意大利等进口猕猴桃不断涌入国内高端消费市场的竞争下,和平县猕猴桃产业在发展的过程中,也依然存在一些问题和不足。因此,如何及时排除发展猕猴桃产业时存在的限制性因素,最大程度地发现该产业的发展潜力,使当地经济朝着可持续方向发展,是和平县经济发展中亟需关注的重点。本文在进行该项研究时,从指导当地特色产业实现健康发展的角度,在基于产业发展理论、比较优势、可持续发展理论的基础上,利用文献研究法、实地访谈法和问卷调查法,从和平县猕猴桃种植、储存和加工、市场营销、效益状况四个方面对该县猕猴桃产业发展现状进行了分析;并结合产业发展及猕猴桃的种植优势,对和平县主要的合作社、种植户、企业及研发团队进行调研,从而指出了和平县猕猴桃在产业发展中还存在的问题和不足;随后,寻找有助于猕猴桃产业发展的国内外先进经验,结合和平县的地域优势、经济现状等有针对性地提出符合当地产业发展的对策,以期通过这些建议帮助当地实现产业化经营的可持续发展,进而构建和平县猕猴桃产业发展的战略性规划,并期望这些规划能促进和平县产业扶贫的发展,以此实现整个和平县的乡村振兴。同时,对未来与和平县相似自然条件和经济条件的地区想要发展相似的特色产业提供指导和帮助。更多还原

【Abstract】 The growth of county economy mainly depends on whether the advantage of characteristic resources in the county can be transformed into the advantage of county economy.And in the report of the 19 th National Congress of the Communist Party of China,there is a key path in the strategy of Rural Revitalization put forward by General Secretary Xi.It is necessary to fight against poverty precisely,which shows that at the national level,we should promote the development of Regional Advantageous Industries in accordance with local conditions,so as to promote the sustainable development of rural areas.According to the comprehensive conditions of local resource advantage and market demand,Heping County,Guangdong Province,the county Party committee and the county government select the development of kiwifruit industry as one of the basic paths to promote the sustainable development of local economy and realize the Rural Revitalization.As the largest kiwifruit production base in South China,kiwifruit is not only a local characteristic industry,but also a dominant industry.However,with the impact of major kiwifruit production areas such as Shaanxi,Hunan,Sichuan,etc.,and the continuous influx of imported kiwifruit such as New Zealand and Italy into the domestic high-end consumer market competition,there are still some problems and deficiencies in the development of kiwifruit industry in Heping County.Therefore,how to eliminate the restrictive factors existing in the development of kiwifruit industry in time,find out the development potential of kiwifruit industry to the greatest extent,and make the local economy develop in a sustainable direction is the key point in the economic development of Heping County.In this paper,from the perspective of guiding the healthy development of local characteristic industries,based on industrial development theory,the theory of comparative advantage and sustainable development,using the methods of literature research,field interview and questionnaire survey,the current situation of kiwifruit industry development in Heping County is analyzed from four aspects of kiwifruit planting,storage and processing,marketing and benefit Based on the analysis of the industrial development and the advantages of kiwifruit planting,this paper investigates the main cooperatives,growers,enterprises and R & D teams in Heping County,and points out the problems and deficiencies in the industrial development of Kiwifruit in Heping County.Then,it looks for the advanced experience at home and abroad that is conducive to the development of kiwifruit industry,and combines the regional advantages and economic status of HepingCounty In order to help the local realize the sustainable development of industrial management,and then construct the strategic plan of kiwifruit industry development in Heping County,and hope that these plans can promote the development of industrial poverty alleviation in Heping County,so as to realize the Rural Revitalization of Heping County.At the same time,it will provide guidance and help for the regions with similar natural and economic conditions to develop similar characteristic industries in the future.更多还原
