核心企业权力对伙伴企业情感性承诺的影响研究

【摘要】 在创新资源分布较为分散,创新的复杂性和不确定性不断增加的时代背景下,创新生态系统的构建对于企业而言尤为重要并受到越来越多的关注。它的健康运行不仅依赖于核心企业良好的控制和协调能力,更依赖于一批伙伴企业长期致力于为核心企业提供零部件及配套产品。Goodman和Dion(2001)将这种存在合作关系的一方有意维持并巩固该关系的倾向称之为关系承诺。而在关系承诺的两个维度——情感性承诺和算计性承诺中,情感性承诺能够更好地反映出组织间关系联结的质量和关系持续的本质(Mohr和Nevin,1990),因此,伙伴企业情感性承诺是创新生态系统健康运转的关键。由以往的研究可知,权力是影响情感性承诺的重要因素,并且作用效果可能会受到组织间依赖的调节作用,所以,在创新生态系统背景下研究核心企业权力对伙伴企业情感性承诺的影响作用具有重要的意义,同时也能对创新生态系统管理实践的发展具有一定的启示作用。基于此,本文以权力-依赖理论、创新生态系统理论和社会交换理论为基础,构建了以核心企业权力为自变量,伙伴企业情感性承诺为因变量,组织间依赖为调节变量的理论模型并提出了6个假设。以搜集的324份问卷数据为样本,运用SPSS22.0和Amos22.0等分析工具进行信度分析、探索性因子分析、验证性因子分析以及逐步层级回归,最终得出以下结论:(1)在创新生态系统中,核心企业强制性权力与伙伴企业情感性承诺间呈倒U型关系;核心企业非强制性权力与伙伴企业情感性承诺呈正相关关系;(2)在创新生态系统中,依赖不对称会使核心企业强制性权力与伙伴企业情感性承诺间的倒U型关系更为陡峭;但是联合依赖程度并不会显著调节核心企业强制性权力与伙伴企业情感性承诺间的倒U型关系;(3)在创新生态系统中,依赖不对称会弱化核心企业非强制性权力与伙伴企业情感性承诺间的正向关系;而联合依赖程度会强化核心企业非强制性权力与伙伴企业情感性承诺间的正向关系。最后,本文基于得出的研究结论提出了提升伙伴企业情感性承诺的对策,并指出了本文的研究局限以做展望。

【Abstract】 Under the background of the scattered distribution of innovation resources and the increasing complexity and uncertainty of innovation,the construction of innovation ecosystem is especially important for enterprises and has received more and more attention.Its healthy operation not only depends on the good control and coordination ability of the keystone,but also relies on a group of partners to provide components and supporting products for the keystone consistently.The tendency of a party with a cooperative relationship to maintain and consolidate the relationship called relationship commitment,which referred by Goodman and Dion(2001).Relationship commitment has two dimensions called affective and calculative commitment,Mohr and Nevin(1990)point out that the affective commitment can better reflect the quality of relationship between organizations and the nature of the relationship last.Therefore,the affective commitment of the partners is the key to the healthy operation of the innovation ecosystem.According to previous research,power is an important factor affecting affective commitment,and the effect may be moderated by interdependence.Thus,studying the influence of keystone’s power on partners’ affective commitment in the context of innovation ecosystem has important significance.Meanwhile,it can also have certain enlightenment for the development of innovation ecosystem management practices.Based on this,this paper constructs a theoretical model with keystone’s power as the independent variable,partners’ affective commitment as the dependent variable and interdependence as the moderator on the basis of power-dependence theory,innovation ecosystem theory and social exchange theory.At the same time,six hypotheses were proposed.Taking 324 questionnaires collected as samples,using SPSS22.0 and Amos22.0 analysis tools for reliability analysis,exploratory factor analysis,confirmatory factor analysis and stepwise level regression,the following conclusions were drawn:(1)In the innovation ecosystem,there is an inverted U-type relationship between the coercive power of the keystone and the affective commitment of the partners;the noncoercive power of the keystone is positivelycorrelated with the affective commitment of the partners;(2)In the innovation ecosystem,the dependency asymmetry makes the inverse U-type relationship between the coercive power of the keystone and the affective commitment of the partners steeper;but the joint dependence does not significantly moderate the inverted U-type relationship between the coercive power of the keystone and the affective commitment of the partners;(3)In the innovation ecosystem,dependency asymmetry will weaken the positive relationship between the noncoercive power of the keystone and the affective commitment of the partners;however,the joint dependence will strengthen the positive relationship between the noncoercive power of the keystone and the affective commitment of the partners.Finally,based on the conclusions of the research,this paper proposes countermeasures to enhance the affective commitment of partners,and points out the limitations in order to direct the future research.
