昆明市律师律所执业管理系统的设计与实现

The Design and Implementation of Lawyers’ Practice Management System for Kunming

【摘要】 在传统的管理系统中,针对律师律所而专门设立的管理系统少之又少。在云南省昆明市,大大小小的律师事务所不计其数,而由于缺乏统一化管理,这些律师律所的发展受到了严重的制约,现有的律师律所管理系统,大多都不完善,只能提供简单的查询业务,并不能对现有的律师律所进行真正的统一化管理,因此,迫切需要建立一套完整高效、简单实用的昆明市律师律所执业管理系统。在昆明市律师律所执业管理系统设计与开发中,为了满足实际需求需要,决定采用MVC设计模式与SSH开发框架相结合的组织方式进行后台代码的组织编写。一方面,MVC设计模式按照模型(Model)、视图(View)、控制器(Controller)的组织结构对业务逻辑进行划分,实现数据调用与业务处理的分离,有利于降低代码的耦合性,增强代码的可读性和可调试性;另一方面,采用由Struts、Spring和Hibernate集成的SSH框架,不仅有利于业务逻辑的实现,而且还降低开发成本,提高开发效率,增强系统的容错性。在数据存储方面,决定采用SQLServer 2014数据库管理系统保证系统的安全运行。经过社会调研以及研究分析,将昆明市律师律所执业管理系统划分为五大功能模块:新所设立、工作桌面、业务管理、信息维护和统计分析。其中,新所设立功能包括所名核准、国内所总所设立和外地所分所设立等操作;工作桌面包括律师信息管理、申报业务管理、消息通知管理等操作;业务管理功能包括业务申报、业务查询、案件登记、案件查询、报表填报、报表查询等操作;信息维护包括本所信息维护、党支部信息维护、站内通讯和通知通告维护等操作;统计分析功能包括业务统计、律师统计、国内所信息统计、国内所业务统计等操作。在昆明市律师律所执业管理系统中,通过五大功能模块的技术实现,为昆明市律师律所建立了一套较为完整的、高效、稳定的管理系统,深化了对律师律所的统一化管理,推进了昆明市信息化办公建设,提高了工作效率,简化了工作流程,对昆明市律师律所的发展起到了应有的积极作用。

【Abstract】 In the traditional management system,there are very few management systems specially developed for lawyers’ firms.In Kunming,Yunnan Province,large and small law firms countless,and because of the lack of unified management,the development of these lawyers law firm has been severely constrained,the existing lawyer law management system,most are not perfect,Can only provide a simple query business,and can not be on the existing lawyers law firm unified management,therefore,the urgent need to establish a complete and efficient,simple and practical practice of Kunming lawyer law management system.In the design and development of the practice management system of lawyers in Kunming,in order to meet the actual needs,we decided to use the MVC design pattern and the SSH development framework to organize the background code.On the one hand,the MVC design pattern divides the business logic according to the structure of the model,the view and the controller,and the separation of the data call and the business process is helpful to reduce the coupling of the code and enhance the code On the other hand,the use of Struts,Spring and Hibernate integrated SSH framework,not only conducive to the realization of business logic,but also reduce development costs,improve development efficiency and enhance system fault tolerance.In the data storage,decided to use SQL Server 2014 database management system to ensure the safe operation of the system.Through the social research and research and analysis,the Kunming lawyer law management system is divided into five functional modules:the new set up,work desktop,business management,information maintenance and statistical analysis.Among them,the newly established functions include the approval of the name,the establishment of the domestic headquarters and the establishment of the establishment of the field;the work desk includes lawyer information management,reporting business management,news notification management and other operations;business management functions,including business reporting,business Information maintenance,including the maintenance of the information,the maintenance of party branch information,communication and notification of the operation of the notice and other operations;statistical analysis functions,including business statistics,lawyers statistics,the domestic market,the Ministry of Information,the Ministry of Information,Information statistics,domestic business statistics and other operations.In the practice management system of the lawyer’s law firm in Kunming,through the realization of the five functional modules,the lawyer’s law firm in Kunming has established a relatively complete,efficient and stable management system,and deepened the unified management of the lawyer’s law firm,To promote the construction of information in Kunming City office,improve the efficiency and simplify the work process,the development of lawyers in Kunming lawyers played a positive role should be.
