【摘要】 在传统的管理系统中,针对律师律所而专门设立的管理系统少之又少。在云南省昆明市,大大小小的律师事务所不计其数,而由于缺乏统一化管理,这些律师律所的发展受到了严重的制约,现有的律师律所管理系统,大多都不完善,只能提供简单的查询业务,并不能对现有的律师律所进行真正的统一化管理,因此,迫切需要建立一套完整高效、简单实用的昆明市律师律所执业管理系统。在昆明市律师律所执业管理系统设计与开发中,为了满足实际需求需要,决定采用MVC设计模式与SSH开发框架相结合的组织方式进行后台代码的组织编写。一方面,MVC设计模式按照模型(Model)、视图(View)、控制器(Controller)的组织结构对业务逻辑进行划分,实现数据调用与业务处理的分离,有利于降低代码的耦合性,增强代码的可读性和可调试性;另一方面,采用由Struts、Spring和Hibernate集成的SSH框架,不仅有利于业务逻辑的实现,而且还降低开发成本,提高开发效率,增强系统的容错性。在数据存储方面,决定采用SQLServer 2014数据库管理系统保证系统的安全运行。经过社会调研以及研究分析,将昆明市律师律所执业管理系统划分为五大功能模块:新所设立、工作桌面、业务管理、信息维护和统计分析。其中,新所设立功能包括所名核准、国内所总所设立和外地所分所设立等操作;工作桌面包括律师信息管理、申报业务管理、消息通知管理等操作;业务管理功能包括业务申报、业务查询、案件登记、案件查询、报表填报、报表查询等操作;信息维护包括本所信息维护、党支部信息维护、站内通讯和通知通告维护等操作;统计分析功能包括业务统计、律师统计、国内所信息统计、国内所业务统计等操作。在昆明市律师律所执业管理系统中,通过五大功能模块的技术实现,为昆明市律师律所建立了一套较为完整的、高效、稳定的管理系统,深化了对律师律所的统一化管理,推进了昆明市信息化办公建设,提高了工作效率,简化了工作流程,对昆明市律师律所的发展起到了应有的积极作用。更多还原
