桩网复合结构加固滨湖软土路基现场原位测试与数值模拟

【摘要】 桩网复合地基是一种新型的处理软土地基的技术。桩-网复合地基是“桩-网-土”协同工作、桩和土共同承担荷载的人工地基体系(artificial ground),它能充分调动桩、网、土三者的潜力,具有沉降变形小,而且完成快、工后沉降容易控制、稳定性高、工期短、施工方便等优点,与其它地基处理方法相比,具有经济技术等多方面优势。本文以位于鄱阳湖水域邻湖边的九江绕城高速公路A1标段深厚软土桩网复合地基为研究背景,通过设置试验断面,埋设土压力盒、柔性位移计、沉降板等测试元器件分别对填土过程中地基的桩土应力、加筋体拉伸量、地基沉降进行了现场监测,并对现场采集的数据进行了整理分析。最后运用FLAC3D数值模拟软件模拟路堤填筑过程及桩间土工后沉降,分析此过程中桩土分担荷载的变化规律。通过本文的研究,指导了九绕高速软基加固施工,根据对软基加固效果进行现场原位监测数据的分析,充分探究了桩网复合地基加固软基的作用机理,本文的研究结果可为设计与施工提供参考。

【Abstract】 Pile-net composite foundation is a new technology in soft-soil foundationtreatment. Pile-net composite foundation is a artificial foundation system withpile-net-soil working together to share the loads. This system containing the pile, net,soil works easily and efficiently with smaller ground settlement, higher stability,shorter construction period. Compared with other technology, the pile-net compositefoundation have advantages in economic and technical aspect.Based on the engineering project of pile-net composite foundation in deep softsoil of the A1bid of ring expressway in Jiujiang, the field monitoring of the stress ofthe pile and soil, the stretching of the reinforced soil, and the ground settlement isconducted by setting monitoring section, embedding earth pressure cell, displacementmeter, settlement plate,etc. And the data from the field is arranged and analyzedafterwords. Then analyze the changing rule of the press assigned to the pile and soilby modeling the construction of the embankment and the post-construction settlementof the soil between the piles by using the FLAC3D software. The result of thisanalysis provide technical guidance to the construction of foundation reinforcement ofthe A1bid of ring expressway in Jiujiang, and supposed to provide technical referenceto design and construction of pile-net composite foundation.
