基于物联网的设备生命周期管理的研究与实现

【摘要】 近年来,物联网技术快速发展,已广泛应用于民生等生活领域,产生了诸如智慧城市,智能交通等新的概念,这些技术和行业背后的重要的思想就是通过物联网技术给予一些设备以“生命”,用来获取设备数据,实现自动化控制的目的,直接产生经济效益。本文研究基于物联网的设备生命周期管理,使用集中抄表环境作为典型案例,研究抄表环境下使用物联网技术,结合设备全生命周期管理理论,管理仪表(包括燃气表,暖气表,水表,电表),网关等众多设备的问题。这些设备具有数量大、数据采集要求准确、通信协议规范等特点,涵盖物联网环境下设备管理的核心要素。传统的设备管理效率低下,存在故障监测无法自动化,维修不及时等问题,这种模式已经无法适应一个小区,一片区域的大量仪表设备的管理。为了提高物联网环境下的设备管理水平,本文调研了物联网技术的发展情况,并对设备全生命周期管理理论做了深入的研究,从设备备件库存,设备台账,运行管理(包含数据采集,状态监控),故障管理,维修管理等多个方面,采用SOA思想和分布式架构设计开发了一个基于物联网的集中抄表环境下的设备管理系统,基本满足了设备管理的需求,解决了以往管理不善的问题。本文首先介绍了物联网相关技术和设备全生命周期管理理论,仔细分析了抄表环境下的设备特点,然后从需求分析开始,结合当前设备管理的现状,分析了系统需具备的功能性需求和非功能修需求,划分了系统各个功能模块;而后,进行了系统概要设计和详细设计,给出了系统总体结构图,并对系统物理架构,逻辑架构,工程组织,代码组织,数据库,各个功能模块进行了详细设计,最后采用OSGI分布式架构实现了整个系统,进行了完整的测试,给出了系统的实际运行结果图。该系统管理了仪表设备的库存、台账、运行、故障、维修等多个阶段,基本实现了全生命周期管理。目标,该系统已经测试部署运行,效果较好。

【Abstract】 In recent years, the IOT(internet of things) technology has been developing so rapidly that it is widely used in the fields of life, such as smart city and intelligent transportation etc. The most important idea behind IOT technology is to give some equipment life so that we can use these devices to obtain data, achieve control automation, and make economic benefits.This article studies the full lifecycle equipment management based on IOT, using meter reading environment as the case, which contains gas meter, heating meter, water meter, electric meter and gateways. These devices exist in large quantities, require accurate data collection, and have unified communication protocol and some other features that contains key point of equipment management. The traditional device management system collects data manually, which is inefficient, can’t detect faults automatically and repair timely, and also lost its effect when manage instrumentation in larger district or in a larger region.In order to improve equipment management level in meter reading environment, this paper investigated the development of IOT technology, researched equipment lifecycle management theory, studied from device’s spare parts inventory management to ledger management, running management (including data collection, status monitoring), fault management, maintenance management, and then adopted SOA development idea and distributed architecture to design and implement an equipment management system. It has met the basic device management needs and solved all the problems which are emerged in the older model. This paper firstly described related IOT technology and equipment lifecycle management theory, listed the characteristics of all devices in meter-reading environment, and then analyzed system functional needs and Non-functional needs, combined with the current device management status, divided various functional needs into system modules. Secondly, it finished system’s outline design and detailed design, given system’s overall structure, such as physical and logical architecture, engineering organizations, code organization, database design and functional module’s detailed design. Finally, it uses OSGI implemented the system, and finished full system test, painted system’s actual running effects picture. Generally speaking, this system involved multiple stages of instrumentation equipment management, like spare parts inventory, device ledger, running, fault management and repair, achieve the goal of device’s full lifecycle management, it also has been deployed on testing machines, and running well.
