【摘要】 美丽乡村建设可以统筹城乡和谐协调发展,加快城乡一体化进程,是推动新农村建设的有力抓手,也是加快生态文明建设的有效载体。本项目为福建省龙岩市长汀县梁坑村的“美丽乡村”规划。梁坑村位于古城镇的中部,以牛岭隧道为界,东临牛岭风景区,西连梅花山风景区,群山环抱,流水潺潺,又有万亩竹海四季长青,可谓山清水秀、空气清新、风景宜人。本规划在对村庄现状进行全面的分析与研究的基础上,在分析和吸取国内外乡村规划案例的特点后,提出“竹韵梁坑,传承经典”的规划理念,从道路、建筑、水系、绿化、给排水、基础设施、附属设施等多个方面进行规划,重点在于村庄环境的整治、竹木资源的利用、竹文化与红色文化的传承等；建设村庄中心公园“个园”、“青梅竹马”儿童乐园和气节纪念广场；并对梁坑村入口进行景观改造；对废弃地、荒地进行重新规划利用,改善了村容村貌,通过规划以期打造梁坑村成为“美丽乡村”,使村民有一个良好的居住环境,进而提升他们的幸福指数,使乡村成为一个可居可赏可游的幸福居所。更多还原

【Abstract】 Beautiful countryside construction, which focusing on keep the balanced coordinated development of urban and rural regions, is a powerful gripper to enhance the level of the new rural construction, and an effective carrier to speed up the construction of ecological civilization. This project is the beautiful country planning of Liangkeng village, Changting, Fujian province. Liangkeng Village is located in the middle of the Gucheng town, bound with Niuling Tunnel, with NiuLing scenic area in the east and surrounded by Meihuashan mountains in its west. Ten thousand mu of bamboo evergreen and fresh air makes the village a beautiful and pleasant scenery.This planning is based on the comprehensive analysis of the current environment of this village in accordance with successful cases from home and abroad. To make the beautiful countryside planning of Liangkeng Village, we put forward the theme "Liangkeng of bamboo fascination, inheriting classic". The emphasis of this planning is the renovation of environment, the use of bamboo resources and culture, and the red cultural heritage. To achieve this, we reconstruct roads, buildings, drainage, landscaping, water supply and drainage, infrastructure and ancillary facilities, and other aspects of this village. The center park of the village, Ge Park,the children’s paradise, Qingmeizhuma and the memorial plaza have been Constructed. The entrance landscape have been renovated. Also, to improve the village appearance and the quality of life of the villagers, some of the wasteland have been re-used in this planning. By beautiful countryside planning of Liangkeng village, we aim at providing a good living environment to improve the well-being index of the residents.
