基于EPON技术构建配电通信网的研究

【摘要】 国家电网公司提出了“建设坚强智能电网”的概念。配网自动化是建设坚强智能电网的重要内容,而配电通信网建设又是配网自动化成功应用的关键环节。本文来源于供电企业的实际项目,首先阐述了项目的产生背景及重要意义。在此基础上,提出了配网自动化的概念及系统架构,并由此引出配网自动化对配电通信网的需求,这些需求主要体现在安全性、可靠性、高速率、实时性等方面。针对这些需求分析比较当下各种通信组网技术自身的优势和劣势,比较组网技术的各种技术指标,并分析了实际应用中配电自动化对网络带宽、安全性、实时性等方面的要求,结合网络技术的抗单/多点失效能力分析。最终决定采用既能满足实际项目需求又具有可扩展性的通信网组网方案—EPON。其次结合城西地区配网自动化建设区域情况,对通信网现状进行了分析。依据规划与建设原则,对配电通信网进行设计。因为城西区域内35KV/110KV变电站已经实现光纤全覆盖,所以光纤通信网可以向配电通信线路进行延伸,因此配电通信网骨干层应采用SDH/MSTP光网络,这样可以有效利用现有光网络资源避免重复建设。接入层采用EPON技术。配电自动化网络覆盖范围大,配电终端数量多,在工程实际建设当中采用不同的组网方式会影响网络整体的可靠性,分析了6种常见的EPON组网方式,对每种组网方式的网络整体可靠性进行了分析计算。比较了6种组网方式的网络建设成本。为了满足配网自动化系统对通信业务的需求,同时使配电通信网建设项目达到收益与成本的最佳配比,为了追求最优性价比的组网方式,通过组网方式性价比的计算,发现“手拉手保护”组网方式适合城西地区配电网结构,而且这种方式具备最高的性价比。在项目建设中通信网骨干层增设光传输设备,建设光纤汇聚网,提高骨干网网络的可靠性和自愈能力。通信网接入层采用EPON技术,组网结构采用手拉手保护型。本文最后对配电通信网未来的发展方向进行了探讨。

【Abstract】 State Grid Corporation of China has introduced the concept "Building strong smart grid".Building a strong Distribution Automation is an important part of smart grid. The construction ofdistribution communication network is the key factor in the successful application of DistributionAutomation.This thesis comes from the actual project of power supply enterprise. Firstly, it expatiatesthe background and the significance of the project.On this basis, the thesis presents the conceptof distribution automation and system framework, pointing out the requirements of distributioncommunication network in distribution automation. The requirements are mainly embodied in thefollowing aspects: security, reliability, high speed, real-time and so on. The thesis comparesthe advantages and disadvantages of the current variety of communications networking technologyfrom above-mentioned aspects. Through analyzing the requirements such as network bandwidth,security, real-time in distribution automation in the actual application are also analyzed. EPONtechnology is decided to be used. Because it not only meets the real needs of the project but canalso extend on the basis of the original network.Secondly, according to regional circumstances of distribution network automation inChengXi area, the thesis analyzes the status of communication network. Based on the principle ofplanning and construction, the distribution communication network is designed as follows.Because35KV/110KV substation has realized the full coverage by optical fiber in ChengXi area,the optical fiber communication network can extend to the distribution line. Distributioncommunication network backbone layer should use SDH/MSTP Optical Network to avoid therepeated construction. Access layer should use EPON technology. Because of the large coverageof Distribution automation network and the big number of Distribution terminal, differentnetworking mode will affect the reliability of the whole system in the real project. The thesisanalyzes6common networking modes and its reliability of the whole network. The constructioncost of each mode is also compared. In order to meet the needs of distribution automation systemin communication, as well as achieve the best ratio of profit and cost in construction projectdistribution communication network, after calculation, the network manner of "hand in handprotection" is not only applicable to the structure of distribution network of ChengXi area, but itis also thought to be the most cost-effective. In the construction project,through increasing the light transmission equipment to thecommunication network backbone layer, the reliability of the network and self-healing capabilityof the backbone cyclization can be improved. EPON technology should be adopted in the networkaccess layer and "hand in hand protection" in the network structure. The last part of the paperdiscusses the future direction of the distribution communication network.
