数控高频淬火机床的研究与改造

【摘要】 本次数控高频淬火机床的研究与改造是在公司实际生产需求的基础上,经过多次的研讨与论证,基于现有的技术水平和能力,进行的一个技术含量较高、难度较大的一个非标改造项目。本文以旧数控钻铣机床为基础,通过配置高频电源和数控操作系统、伺服驱动、冷却电机、水泵循环装置、温度检测仪器等必要的设备,按照有关的国家标准和行业标准改造成一台数控高频淬火机床。该机床是集机械制造、强电弱电控制、数控控制技术、计算机PLC程序设计、热处理工艺技术、TS16949汽车零部件标准等技术于一体的机电设备。在改造过程中,重点探讨改了热处理高频淬火方法和淬火工艺,研究了机床数控化改造的有关理论和实际改造情况。该机床的研制成功,填补了我公司在汽车零部件高频淬火领域的空白,解决了实际生产中的瓶颈工艺问题。在工艺攻关过程中,创造了多项核心的工艺技术。

【Abstract】 In answer to actual production demand pull in our company, this equipment upgrading research program to numeric control high frequency quenching machine is presented in this paper after several go-arounds of feasibility analysis and discussion as well as technical demonstration on basis of company actual technological capacity and level, as an non-standard equipment renovation project with larger technical difficulty factor and higher technical levels. In this renovation program, an old NC drill-milling machine is chosen as the basic machine. Some necessary equipments such as high frequency power pack, numeric control operation system, servomcchanism, cooling motor, water pump circulating unit, temperature testing instrument and etc are configured in it according to relative trade standards and national standards for numeric control high frequency quenching machine. The renovated high frequency quenching machine is a high quality electro-mechanical facility, integrated with machine manufacturing technology, heavy-current and light-current engineering, numeric control technique, PLC program design and computer technology, heat treatment application, and IS16949standard for automobile part and component manufacturing. High frequency quenching method and its technological progress is put a high value on equipment renovation program, desirable conceptual analysis and consideration to actual renovation process is also studied. Good renovation result has show that our company not only has resolved technical bottleneck occurred in actual production process, but also has stopped a gap in high frequency quenching Held suitable for automobile part and component manufacturing. Successful development effort to high frequency quenching machine has given a birth of many key technical matters.
