工学结合办学模式下高职生思想政治教育研究

【摘要】 工学结合办学模式是指将工作与学习结合在一起,以政府为主导,以职业为导向,以企业、学校、学生为主体,充分运用校内外两种不同的教育资源,把以获取理论知识为主的学校教育和以获取实践经验为主的企业顶岗实习有机结合起来,贯穿于学生的整个培养过程中的一种办学模式。高职生的思想政治教育同普通本科院校学生的思想政治教育相比具有其特殊性,而工学结合办学模式下高职生的思想政治教育又与前两者有所不同。与传统的以学校和课堂为主的办学模式相比,工学结合具有更鲜明的主体性、职业性、应用性和灵活性,这种办学模式的推广对高职生的思想政治教育工作提出了新的挑战。从实际调研结果来看,现阶段高职生的思想政治教育工作有了明显的进展,但也存在着一些问题,例如重视程度不够、教育方法缺乏创新、评价考核机制还未建立和完善、学生的思想素质与企业需求存在差距等。产生这些问题原因,主要是社会、学校、企业、学生本身对工学结合办学模式和思想政治教育工作没有正确的认识,思想政治的教育理念、教育机制、教育资源、教育方式、课程设置等没有同工学结合办学模式相适应。因此,为了做好今后高职生的思想政治教育工作,使其更好地服务于工学结合办学模式,促进高职生的全面可持续发展,必须认真研究和探讨现状和成因,并提出切实可效的解决对策,一要转变教育理念,突出思想政治教育的重要性,二要改革教育方法,拓宽思想政治教育途径,三要整合教育资源,加强思想政治教育队伍建设,四要改革教学内容,构建思想政治课程新体系,五要转变教育机制,构建思想政治教育新平台,六要融入企业元素,创建全新校园文化。

【Abstract】 Work-integrated learning refers to the work and study together, thegovernment-led, career-oriented, to enterprises, schools, students as the main body,make full use of education resources, two different face-to-face to gain theoreticalknowledge of school education and gain practical experience based enterprises, on thebasis of the organic combination of field work students of throughout the wholetraining process. Ideological and political education of higher vocational studentscompared with ordinary undergraduate course colleges and universities student’sideological and political education has its particularity, and the combination ofschool-running mode of ideological and political education of higher vocationalstudents and are different from the former two. With traditional compared to is givenpriority to with the school and classroom school-running mode, work-integratedlearning has more distinct subjectivity, occupational, applicability and flexibility, thiskind of school-running pattern of promotion of higher vocational students ideologicaland political education work puts forward a new challenge. From the point of actualresults, at the present stage of ideological and political education work of highervocational students had the obvious progress, but there are also some problems, suchas the value degree is not enough, lack of innovation education method, evaluationmechanism has not been set up and perfect the demand gap, the student’s thoughtquality and enterprises, etc. Causes of these problems, mainly is the society, schools,enterprises and students themselves of work-integrated learning mode and there is nocorrect understanding of the ideological and political education work, the ideologicaland political education concept, education system, education resources, ways ofeducation, curriculum setting, not with work-integrated learning education mode.Therefore, in order to do a good job in ideological and political education of highervocational students in the future to make it better serve the work-integrated learningschool-running mode, promote the comprehensive sustainable development of highervocational students, must be carefully studied and discussed present situation and the causes, and put forward the practical effect of the solution, one must changeeducation idea, highlights the importance of ideological and political education, toreform the education method, broaden the way of ideological and political education,third, we will integrate education resources, strengthening the construction ofideological and political education team, four to reform the teaching contents,construct a new system of ideological and political course, five to change educationmechanism, build a new platform of ideological and political education, Six elementsinto the enterprise, to create a new campus culture.
