在大中型城市环境下组建运营商IP化传送网络的研究与实现

【摘要】 在3G和全业务运营的大环境下,各运营商经过多年的传输网络建设,传输网络已经具备相当规模,满足了其基站、集团等各种业务的需求。但这个网络在3G到来和全业务的大背景下遇到了挑战。种种迹象表面,原先的传送网络已越来越不能适应新形势的要求,需要建立一张IP化高速率广覆盖的传送网络来适应业务的发展。在一个南京这样大的城市重新建设一个IP化的传送网络,是一个具有挑战性的任务。本文详细介绍了网络搭建的技术选择、总体规划思路、搭建过程,总结了搭建整张网络的经验教训,讨论了网络搭建后下一步的演进方向。论文首先介绍了论文的选题背景,论述传送网IP化的必要性,对IP化传送网搭建的所需的技术选择和相关技术进行了详细介绍。文章重点描述了IP化传送网络搭建的总体思路,结合南京的具体规划设想;对南京IP化传送网络搭建过程进行了详细的叙述并给出具体实例,包括PON网络,OTN网络,PTN网络等。随后简要介绍了IP化演进完成后南京移动传送网络的现状。最后讨论了建设过程中的经验教训及IP化传送网络发展趋势。

【Abstract】 Before 3G and full business operations, the transmission network of all operators already has a considerable scale after years of construction, to meet its base stations, groups, and other business needs. But the arrival of the 3G network and the whole context of the business faced a challenge.There are signs the surface, the original transmission networks are increasingly unable to meet the requirements of the new situation, the need for a high-speed IP-based transmission network wide coverage to suit business.In Nanjing, a city of re-building of such a large IP-based transmission network, is a challenging task. This paper describes the technology of choice for building the network, the overall planning ideas, build process, summarizes the lessons learned to build whole network, the network set up to discuss the next step after the evolution direction.Paper first describes the background paper topics, discussed the necessity of IP-based transmission network, transmission network based on IP technology needed to build the selection and related technologies are described in detail. Articles focus on IP-based transmission network describes the structures of general ideas, specific planning assumptions of Nanjing; transmission of IP-based network set up in Nanjing for a detailed description of the process and give specific examples, including PON network, OTN network, PTN networks. Then briefly describes the evolution of IP-based mobile carrier network in Nanjing after the status quo. Concludes with a discussion of lessons learned in the process of building and IP-based transmission network trends.
