太原市高校开设跆拳道课程现状的调查研究

【摘要】 跆拳道运动是一项以手脚技术为进攻武器,以技击格斗为核心;以修身养性为基础,以磨练人的意志和振奋人的精神为目的的格斗对抗性的现代竞技体育运动。近几年,作为格斗项目的跆拳道运动在全国高校中如雨后春笋般的开展起来,许多高校的大学生在多项选修课的选择中,纷纷选修了跆拳道课。本文以随机抽取太原市部分高校的490名在校大学生、14位体育部主任、14名体育教师作为研究对象,本文章主要运用文献资料法、问卷调查法、逻辑分析法、数理统计法,对跆拳道运动的概念及它在国内外总体发展的状况进行概述。从学生的了解的途径、热爱程度、选择的原因、上课态度及感受、训练年限、对教师上课的满意度、课时安排、师资情况、上课场地和使用器材情况等多方面对太原市高校开设跆拳道课程的现状进行调查研究与分析。结论:1、跆拳道课程在高校的开设对丰富学校体育教学内容,对学生实施素质教育,激发学生的体育兴趣、培养学生终身体育的习惯,起到非常大的作用。对促进学校体育、群众体育的协调发展及对跆拳道项目自身的发展都有着非常重要的意义。2、学生对跆拳道课的学习有着非常大的兴趣、态度积极,基本满意教师的授课,学生更期望学到实用的跆拳道技术。3、教授跆拳道的教师多为学历低、教龄短、职称低、教学经验缺乏的年轻教师。4、场地、器械不能满足学生的需求。建议:1、适当的增加跆拳道的课时,分级授课、因人而异、因材施教,满足不同级别学生的不同需求。2、适当的放宽招聘教师的条件,可吸纳一些高水平的运动员,或加强本校教师专业技能方面的学习,将本校教师送出去学习更专业的运动技能、先进的训练方式和理论知识。3、不断更新和提高体育教师的自身素质,能达到更好的教学效果。4、尽快能够使用统一的跆拳道教材,制定完善的考核标准.5、改善简陋的场地和匮乏的体育器材,尽可能满足学生正常练习跆拳道的需要,加大场地的建设,所需器材充分的供给,创造更优越的上课条件。
【Abstract】 Taekwondo is a modern combat confrontational competitive sport, with hands technology for offensive weapon and Skillful combat as its core; to cultivate one’s morality raises a gender based and To train a person’s will and exciting man’s spirit as the aim。In recent years, taekwondo is carried out in many universities all over the country, many college students choose it as their elective course. Randomly extract 490 university students,14 sporting director,14 sports teachers as the research object。In order to expound the concept of taekwondo and its overall development situation at home and abroad literature data method, questionnaire survey, logic analysis, mathematical statistics are used this paper. We survey the status of taekwondo courses in collage of Taiyuan city through the students’know way, love degree, choice of reasons, the attitude and feelings, the number of year for training, the satisfaction of class for teachers, scheduling, teachers, venue and using equipment and so on.conclusions:1、opening the taekwondo class in collage play a very big effect, no matter riching school physical education teaching contents, implementing quality education, Stimulate students’interest, cultivating students’life-long physical habits or promoting the coordinated development of school sports and mass sports and the development of taekwondo project itself.2、Students are interesting in taekwondo course, have a positive attitude,satisfacted with teachers teaching, and expected to learn more taekwondo techniques.3、The teachers are more young teachers with low qualifications, short teaching age, low title or Lack of teaching experience.4、Venue, equipment cannot meet the needs of their students,suggest:1、increase taekwondo hours, use different methods to meet different needs of students.2、relax the conditions when recruit teachers, we can absorb some high levels’athletes or strengthen the school teachers’professional skills sent out the school teachers to learn more professional motor skills, advanced training methods and theoretical knowledge.3、To update and improve the physical teachers’quality, we can achieve better teaching effect.4、what we should do are that to be able to use unified taekwondo material as soon, formulate a perfect appraisal standards.5、improve crude venues and the lack of sports equipment, increase the construction site, fully the supply of equipment, create a more superior class conditions and as far as possible to meet student needs of normal practice.
