【摘要】 目的:观察中药外敷治疗小儿肺炎喘嗽(痰湿闭肺型)的临床疗效,探讨其作用机理。方法:对2010年1月~2010年12月,儿科住院和门诊治疗的200例小儿肺炎喘嗽(痰湿闭肺型)患儿,采取随机对照的原则,将患儿分为两组,其中治疗组100例,对照组100例。治疗组采用西医基础治疗,加中药外敷,日1次,3日为1疗程,观察3个疗程;对照组只采用单纯西医基础治疗,观察治疗前后两组疗法对患儿临床症状和体征的改善情况,并进行两组间有效率及显效率的比较。结果:1、治疗组对小儿肺炎喘嗽(痰湿闭肺型)总有效率为95%,对照组总有效率为89%。两组临床疗效比较经统计学处理有显著性差异。2、在本次试验中未观察到药物对心、肝、肾功能及血液系统等有不良反应。结论:表明中药外敷治疗(痰湿闭肺型)肺炎喘嗽中,对咳嗽、喘促等症状,特别是对促进肺部啰音吸收和异常X线表现、血常规异常变化等理化检查的恢复方面明显优于对照组。本研究为临床提供了安全、方便的新疗法和新途径,值得推广。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: to observe the external application of Chinese herbs in treatment of infantile pneumonic (Yun-lung phlegm-dampness) clinical effects, on its mechanism.Method:toJanuary 2010 ~2010 in December, pediatric inpatient treatment of 200 cases of infantile pneumonic (Yun-lung phlegm-dampness) children, adopt principles of randomized, divide the children into two groups, one group of 100 cases of, control group of 100 cases. Treatment with conventional treatment, plus external application of Chinese herbs, day 1, 3rd for 1 course, observer 3 courses; control group using only simple treatment, observation of treating two groups before and after therapy on clinical symptoms and signs of improving the situation of children with, and efficiency and efficiency explicit comparison between the two groups.Results:1、In the treatment group on pneumonic asthma in children (Yun-lung phlegm-dampness) total effective rate of 95%, control group total effective rate of 89%. Clinical comparison of statistics dealing with two significant differences (P<0.05).2、This experiment was not observed in this test drug on heart, liver and kidney function and blood systems have adverse reactions.Conclusion:The external application of Chinese herbs in treating (Yun-lung phlegm-dampness) pneumonic, for symptoms such as coughing, wheezing, particularly for the promotion of pulmonary Rale absorption and x-ray, abnormal blood routine change exception recovery of physical and chemical checks such as significantly better than control groups.
