论教育异化及其消解

【摘要】 教育异化是一种客观存在,选择教育异化作为本文研究的论题是出于作者对教育的热爱和对教育理想的追求。本文研究的理论基础是马克思的“人的自由解放和全面发展”的人学思想,教育异化即是教育在其实践活动中背离了对“人的自由解放和全面发展”这一本真追求。从教育发展的历史看,教育异化具有一定的必然性。而且教育异化在不同的历史发展阶段有不同的阶段性特征,具体来说,教育走过朴素的原始教育之后,就走上了异化之路,其异化过程表现为:对教育权利的争取阶段;对教育机会的争夺阶段和对优质教育资源的争夺阶段。从教育发展的现实看,随着社会生产的发展,商品经济更加繁荣,社会职业分工更加深化、细化,商品交换原则覆盖了人的所有活动领域。教育作为人类社会特殊的实践活动,现代教育陷入了功利主义。“人的自由解放和全面发展”作为教育本真追求的永恒目标,在现实教育实践活动中被淡忘,在工具性价值取向的导向下,人性关怀在教育中失落,爱的精神在教育中淡漠,信仰追求在教育中缺失,教育沦为役使人的工具,人被培养成片面发展的人、工具人、单向度的人。从唯物辩证法的观点看,事物的变化发展是内因和外因共同作用的结果。因此、教育异化既有教育自身的内在原因,也有教育外部的因素,而教育异化现象产生的根本原因在于人自身的物化,即人的地位在生产力和生产关系中的衰微,直接原因在于教育没有自己独立的根基,而受社会职业分工的役使。教育异化与教育异化的消解走的是同一条道路,一定历史时期的教育异化的消解或扬弃之后又会产生新的异化,而每次教育异化的积极消解或扬弃都是推动教育进程的强大力量。在教育异化的内外因素无法从根本上消除的现实历史阶段,教育异化的消解也只能是有限的,然而、即使是对教育异化的有限消解,也是为实现教育对“人的自由解放和全面发展”之本真追求所做的阶段性努力。

【Abstract】 Alienation of education is an objective reality. I choose this as my topic out of love for education and the pursuit of education dream. This article is based on the theoretical basis of Marx’s Human thought " human’s freedom and liberation and all-around development" .Alienation of education is what goes off from the pursuit of the truth in practice that education is human’s freedom and liberation and all-around development. From the history of educational development, education alienation has certain inevitability And education alienation reveals different features in different historical stages Specifically speaking, after primary education, education steps on the road of alienation. The alienation process is as follows: stage of fight for educational right; stage of competition for educational opportunities and stage of grabbing for supreme educational resources .From the reality of educational development, with the development of social production, the commodity economy becomes more prosperous, the social professional division becomes more deepening and refining, and the commodity exchange principle covers all areas of activities. Education, as a special practice field of human society, has sunk into utilitarianism. "Human ’s freedom and liberation and all-around development" , as the eternal goal of education, is forgotten in education practice. Under the guidance of instrumental value orientation, human caring gradually gets lost, the spirit of love turns indifferent, and the belief gets deficient in education; education is reduced to a tool to enslave people, while people are trained to be one-sided, instrumental and one-dimensional.From the viewpoint of materialistic dialectics, changes and development of things are caused by combined action of internal and external factors. Therefore, alienation of education has its own intrinsic causes as well as external factors, while the basic reason for alienation of education lies in the materialization of human beings, that is, the status of human beings in productivity forces and production relations is declined;the immediate cause is that education has no its own independent foundations, yet enslaved by social professional division.Alienation of education and its dispelling takes the same road. After dispelling or sublating the alienation of education in certain historical period, new alienation of education will begin, but each time the positive dispelling and sublating will exert a powerful force to promote the educational process. At the present stage when internal and external factors in the alienation of education can not be eliminated completely, the dispelling of educational alienation can only be limited, however ,even so, it has contributed periodic efforts to achieve the goal of " human’s freedom and liberation and all-around development " .
