特殊环境下高速列车车体外表面的压力特性分析

【摘要】 本文以CRH2型高速列车为研究对象,选取k-ε双方程湍流模型,利用计算流体力学软件CFdesign对高速列车在各种特殊环境中运行的外流场进行数值模拟计算,包括列车进出隧道、列车明线交会以及列车明线单车行驶过程。模拟过程中以ICEM CFD软件为工具对计算域及列车表面进行结构化网格的划分,应用CFdesign软件的动网格技术模拟两列车交会及列车在隧道中运行的真实情况,设定不同类型工况条件对列车在隧道中运行进行数值模拟。通过对模拟计算结果的理论分析,本文阐述了列车在隧道中运行时压缩波和微压波的产生机理,得到了列车进风口和出风口在列车整个运行过程中的压力波动情况,特别是隧道进出口处效应在车身风口处的体现;研究了隧道阻塞比、车速对列车进出风口处压力波动的影响;同时,研究了列车明线单车行驶和交会过程中列车进出风口处的压力波动情况,并对列车在隧道中运行和明线单车行驶时列车进出风口的压力波动情况进行比较。论文的工作可以为高速列车进排风道设计改进及车内空气压力波动情况研究提供动态边界条件。
【Abstract】 In this thesis, CRH2 high speed train is selected as the researching object. The air turbulent flow field of high speed train moving in special environments is numerically investigated by using the software CFdesign with the k-εtwo-equation model selected. Author uses the software ICEM CFD to mesh the calculating domain and the surface of trains to structured grid, and applies the moving grid generation technique in CFdesign for simulating the real crossing of two trains. According to these steps, author calculates two high speed trains crossing in different train speed and one single train passing through the tunnel in different train speed, train-tunnel dimension ratio or in different cushion structure conditions numerically.By analyzing the computing result theoretically, author finds out the pressure fluctuations of the air inlet and outlet when the train passing through the tunnel,knows how the compression and micro-pressure wave being created.At the same time,author also researches the influence of train-tunnel dimension ratio, cushion structure of the tunnel and train speed on the air inlet and outlet.At last,author finds out the pressure fluctuations of the air inlet and outlet when two trains passing by each other and one single train moving in the open air.
