【摘要】 目的　探讨淋巴母细胞性NK/T细胞淋巴瘤与EB病毒的关系。方法　收集 5例母细胞性NK/T细胞淋巴瘤 ,1例原发于鼻腔 ,4例原发于淋巴结。用免疫组织化学SP法确定瘤细胞本质 ,用原位杂交法检测EB病毒编码的RNA(EBER1/2 )。结果　原发于鼻腔的 1例EBER1/2呈阳性 ,原发于淋巴结的 4例EBER1/2均阴性。EB病毒潜伏膜蛋白 (LMP 1)全部阴性。结论　EBV在母细胞性NK/T细胞淋巴瘤的发生中可能具有一定作用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To explore the relationship between lymphoblastic NK/T cell lymphomas and Epstein Barr virus(EBV). Methods 5 cases of lymphoblastic NK/T cell lymphomas were collected ,4 cases from lymph nodes and 1 case from nasal cavity, the nature of neoplastic cells was confirmed by immunohistochemistry. EBV encoded RNA (EBER1/2) were detected by in situ hybridization (ISH). Results EBER1/2 were detected in 1 case lymphoblastic NK/T cell lymphoma from nasal cavity, 4 cases from lymph nodes were EBV negative. EBV latent membrane protein (LMP 1) were detected in none of 5 cases. Conclusions EBV might be a role in the pathogenesis of lymphoblastic NK/T cell lymphomas.更多还原
