【摘要】 目的观察"活血散风"针刺法对痰瘀互结型高血压伴脑卒中患者血脂四项(TC、TG、HDL-C、LDL-C),清晨血压的疗效,并探讨作用机制。方法将68例患者随机分为观察组(35例)和对照组(33例),2组均以"醒脑开窍"针刺法为基础治疗,对照组予口服1类降压药,观察组予"活血散风"针刺法治疗,1次/d,6次/周,共治疗5周,比较2组治疗前后TC、TG、HDL-C、LDL-C、清晨血压的变化。结果治疗后2组TC、TG、HDL-C、LDL-C均较治疗前有明显改善(P <0.05),观察组TC、TG、LDL-C疗效优于对照组(P <0.05),治疗后HDL-C组间无明显差异(P>0.05)。2组治疗后、治疗后6个月SBP、DBP较治疗前均有明显下降(P <0.05),观察组疗效优于对照组(P <0.05),治疗后与治疗后6个月SBP、DBP组间差异不具有统计学意义(P> 0.05)。结论 "活血散风"针刺法能有效改善高血压伴脑卒中患者血脂和清晨血压,调节血脂能有效稳定血压,对长期调控血压具有重要作用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To observe the effects of Huoxue Sanfeng acupuncturing on blood lipid(TC, TG, HDL-C, LDL-C) and morning BP in patients with intermingled phlegm and blood stasis type of hypertension with stroke. Methods 68 patients were randomly divided into an observation group(n = 35) and a control group(n = 33). All of them were treated by manipulation of Xingnao Kaiqiao. Additionally, patients in control group also took one class of antihypertensive agent. Cases in the observation group were treated with Huoxue Sanfeng method. Each group was treated once a day, 6 days a week, and 5 weeks totally. Then compare TC, TG, HDL-C, LDL-C and morning BP between two groups. Results After treatment, TC, TG, HDL-C, and LDL-C in the two groups were significantly improved than before treatment(P<0.05). The efficacy of TC, TG, and LDL-C in the observation group was better than that in the control group(P<0.05). There was no significant difference between HDL-C groups(P>0.05). After treatment, SBP and DBP in the two groups were significantly lower than those before the treatment(P<0.05). The observation group was better than the control group(P<0.05). The difference between the groups was not statistically significant(P>0.05). Conclusion Huoxue Sanfeng acupuncture can effectively improve blood lipids and early morning blood pressure in patients with hypertension and stroke, and regulating blood lipids can effectively stabilize blood pressure and has an important effect on long-term blood pressure regulation.更多还原
