【Abstract】 Objective:To investigate the causes of misdiagnosis of metanephric adenoma(MA).Methods:A case of MA was analyzed and literature was reviewed.Results:MA was one of the rarest benign renal tumors, and the tumors were often discovered incidentally. It was unlikely that MA could be diagnosed correctly based on the CT or ultrasound findings,but MA had unique pathologic features.Conclusions:The clinical importance of correctly diagnosing it should be overemphasized.更多还原
