【Abstract】 In the new era, in order to promote the construction of ecological civilization, Lishui City actively creates the “China’s Carbon Neutrality Pilot Zone”based on its ecological endowment and energy advantages. Based on the current research status, this paper uses Python software to conduct data analysis on research literature of carbon peak and carbon neutrality, and proposes the strategy of building Lishui City as“China’s Carbon Neutrality Pilot Zone”.
