【Abstract】 Power engineering development and a rational building structure provides a strong guarantee for China’s economic development, but development is premised on the need to ensure safety and reliability of the construction process, so as to realize the sustainable development of enterprises. In order to achieve the enterprise’s production safety and sustainable development, it is necessary to keep a foothold in the enterprise management level. 5S management method is a very efficient way of enterprise management.
