从产品导向到生态导向:高科技企业创新生态系统的构建——基于大疆的纵向案例

【摘要】 本文旨在探究高科技企业在面临复杂多变的外部环境时,如何构建创新生态系统持续提升其关键核心技术创新能力。基于情境-结构-能力理论分析框架,本文根据生态系统结构观和演化观的整合观点,采用资源编排理论,以大疆创新生态系统形成与演化过程为案例,将其分为诞生、扩张和领导三个阶段,探究大疆知识网络与商业网络的互动关系,并构建高科技企业创新生态系统的形成过程模型。研究发现:第一,知识网络和商业网络的动态相互适应促进了高科技企业创新生态系统的涌现;第二,高科技企业创新生态系统的构建经历从产品创新,到基于模块化的软硬件技术集成,再到技术平台开放的演化过程。研究结论对培育和构建我国高科技企业创新生态系统有重要的理论价值和实践启示。

【Abstract】 This paper aims to explore how a high-tech enterprise could build an innovation ecosystem where it can build up its capabilities for developing new core technologies in complex and changing external environment. Based on the integrated view of ecosystem structure and evolution as well as the resource orchestration theory, this paper exemplifies Dajiang innovation ecosystem under the theoretical analysis framework of Context-Construct-Capability and divides its formation and evolution into three stages(i.e. birth, expansion and leadership) to explore the interaction between the knowledge networks and business networks. And then a dynamic evolution process model of innovation ecosystem for high-tech enterprises is constructed. The results show that first, the dynamic mutual adaptation of knowledge networks and business networks promotes the emergence of innovation ecosystems of high-tech enterprises; second, the construction of the innovation ecosystem of high-tech enterprises starts from product innovation, to the module-based integration of software and hardware technology and then to the opening of technology platform. The conclusions have important theoretical value and practical enlightenment for cultivating and constructing innovation ecosystem of high-tech enterprises in China.
