【Abstract】 HD video transmission has been widely used in civil air defense satellite network. The adoption of common video codec or video conference terminal in the market has many problems, such as high bandwidth, single application mode, video and audio lag and equipment crash, which can’t meet the demand of multi-channel HD video transmission for civil air defense emergency command. This paper presents improved HD video coding algorithms for MF-TDMA satellite communication system.It lays a foundation for the development of HD video codec for satellite system of civil air defense.更多还原
