煤矿主皮带运输系统中变频调速的应用
Application of Frequency Conversion Speed Regulation in Coal Mine Main Belt Transportation System
【摘要】 为了解决煤矿主皮带运输系统液力耦合器的缺点,如调节速度时启动有较大电流,无法实现同步控制等,本文针对煤矿主皮带运输系统中变频调速的应用做出了进一步探究,对液力耦合器和变频调速技术进行了比较分析,提出了改进措施,有益于能源资源的节约,提升企业经济效益,也可为相关人员提供参考。
【Abstract】 In order to solve the shortcomings of hydraulic coupler in coal mine main belt transportation system,for example,when the speed is adjusted,there will be a large current when starting,and unable to realize synchronous control.This paper further explores the application of frequency conversion speed regulation in the main belt transportation system of coal mine,and compares and analyzes the hydraulic coupler and frequency conversion speed regulation technology,and puts forward the improvement measures.It is beneficial to save energy and resources,improve the economic benefits of enterprises,and provide reference for relevant personnel.
