【摘要】 目的:研究岩黄连(Corydalis saxicola Bunting)的化学成分。方法:采用硅胶和凝胶Sephadex LH-20柱层析的方法分离和纯化化合物,根据理化性质和光谱技术(核磁共振、红外、紫外和质谱)鉴定结构。结果:从岩黄连中分离得到21个化合物,其中一个新生物碱命名为岩黄连灵碱cavidilinine(1)。结论:1是新化合物,化合物4、5、10-18为首次从该植物中分离得到。更多还原

【Abstract】 AIM:To study the chemical constituents of the herb of Corydalis saxicola Bunting.METHODS:Silica gel column chromatography and Sephadex LH-20 were used to isolate the compounds,and spectroscopic techniques(NMR,IR,UV and MS) were used for structural elucidation.RESULTS:A new alkaloid,named cavidilinine(1),along with twenty known compounds,was isolated from the herb of Corydalis saxicola.CONCLUSION:Compound 1 is a new alkaloid.更多还原
