【摘要】 主要建立了超高速流式细胞仪MoFlo AstriosEQ 96孔板单细胞分选的优化方案，实现高活性高效率分选，并着重分析了对仪器设置和管理人员操作细节上七大优化要点，供广大技术人员参考借鉴。

【Abstract】 This article mainly establishes an optimization method for 96-well plate-based single cell sorting of flow cytometer MoFlo Astrios EQ to achieve high-activity and high-efficiency sorting, and focuses on analyzing the seven optimization points of instrument settings and management personnel operation details for reference by the majority of technical personnel.
