【Abstract】 Pulmonary atresia with ventricular septal defect(PA/VSD) is a common complex congenital heart malformation of right heart.The variability in individual pulmonary vascular development and the incomplete knowledge of the physiological function and anatomical typing of the lateral branches of the aortopulmonary collateral vessels have led to a variety of difficult surgical approaches with unsatisfactory outcomes.The surgical treatment of PA/VSD has therefore been a tough problem for clinical surgeons to solve. This article reviews the issues related to the anatomical staging, diagnosis and surgical treatment strategies of PA/VSD, with a view to providing a reference for the future surgical treatment of PA/VSD.更多还原
