【摘要】 目的探讨疝环充填式无张力疝修补术对腹股沟疝患者的临床疗效。方法选取我院2009年3月～2011年3月因腹股沟疝住院手术患者200例的临床资料行比较分析。结果传统组平均手术时间较新型术式组短(11±4.0)min,新型组术后疼痛率较传统术式组低21%;新型组术后复发率较传统术式组低7%。结论对腹股沟疝患者行疝环充填式无张力疝修补术治疗情况满意、复发率低、疼痛少、患者接受度高,是腹股沟疝良好治疗方法之一。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To explore the application of mesh-plug tension-free hernia repair in inguinal hernia patients clinical curative effect.Methods In our hospital from 2009 March to 2011 March for inguinal hernia operation inpatients 200 cases of clinical data bank comparative analysis.Results The traditional surgery group mean operation time is newly type technique group was shorter(11 + 4) minutes,new operation group of postoperative pain was the traditional surgery group had lower 21%;new type technique group the postoperative recurrence rate was 7% lower than traditional surgical procedures.Conclusion The patients with inguinal hernia line of mesh-plug tension-free mesh-plug Hernioplasty Treatment Satisfaction,low recurrence rate,less pain of patients,high acceptability,is a good treatment of inguinal hernia.更多还原
