【摘要】 目的 探讨加味当归芍药散联合常规治疗对气虚血瘀型2型糖尿病周围神经病变患者的临床疗效。方法 126例患者随机分为对照组和观察组，每组63例，对照组给予常规治疗(降血糖、控制饮食、适当运动),观察组在对照组基础上加用加味当归芍药散，疗程12周。检测临床疗效、TNF-α、SOD、CAT、BDNF、IL-23、FBG、2 hPBG、MNCV、中医证候评分、不良反应发生率变化。结果 观察组总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05),不良反应发生率更低(P<0.05)。治疗后，观察组TNF-α、SOD、CAT、BDNF、MNCV高于对照组(P<0.05),IL-23、FBG、2 hPBG、中医证候评分更低(P<0.05)。结论 加味当归芍药散联合常规治疗可安全有效地减轻气虚血瘀型2型糖尿病周围神经病变患者炎症反应，改善抗氧化能力，提高临床疗效。更多还原

【Abstract】 AIM To explore the clinical effects of Supplemented Danggui Shaoyao Powder combined with conventional treatment on patients with type 2 diabetic peripheral neuropathy due to Qi Deficiency and Blood Stasis Pattern.METHODS One hundred and twenty-six patients were randomly assigned into control group(63 cases) for 12-week intervention of conventional treatment(lowering blood glucose, controlling diet, proper exercise, etc.), and observation group(63 cases) for 12-week intervention of both Supplemented Danggui Shaoyao Powder and conventional treatment. The changes in clinical efficacy, TNF-α, SOD, CAT, BDNF, IL-23, FBG, 2 hPBG, MNCV, TCM symptom scores and incidence of adverse reactions were detected.RESULTS The observation group demonstrated higher total effective rate than the control group(P<0.05), together with lower incidence of adverse reactions(P<0.05). After the treatment, the observation group displayed higher TNF-α, SOD, CAT, BDNF and MNCV than the control group(P<0.05), along with lower IL-23, FBG, 2 hPBG and TCM symptom scores(P<0.05).CONCLUSION For the patients with type 2 diabetic peripheral neuropathy due to Qi Deficiency and Blood Stasis Pattern, Supplemented Danggui Shaoyao Powder combined with conventional treatment can safely and effectively alleviate inflammatory reactions, improve antioxidant capacity and enhance clinical efficacy.更多还原
