印制电路板废水的“1元破氰技术”
Application case of “one yuan breaking-cyanide technology” for PCB wastewater
【摘要】 印制电路板(PCB)制程中电镀金、化学镀金的清洗工序中,所产生的含氰废水具有高生物毒性,在推进PCB行业安全生产和绿色发展的双目标下,某公司自主研发的“1元破氰技术”可解决传统氯氧化二级破氰工艺存在安全隐患和稳定达标难点。该技术利用电子作为反应物,低压直流电源控制,不加药,无须调节pH,清洁无污染。以江苏某电子股份有限公司电金线和沉金线所产生的含氰废水处理为例,监测设备运行出水数据和分析运行成本。结果表明:每吨含氰废水运行成本仅需1元钱,即可使出水总氰化物浓度达到设计排放限值0.05 mg/L以下,为企业实现了省时、省事、省钱、省心的目标,实现了环保效益和经济效益的双赢。”
【Abstract】 The cyanide-containing wastewater is produced in the cleaning process of electroplating gold and chemical gold precipitation in PCB production process, which has high biological toxicity. Under the dual goal of promoting safe production and green development of PCB industry, the one-way cyanide breaking technology independently developed by a company can solve the safety hazards problem and stable compliance difficulties in the two-stage cyanide breaking process of chlorine oxidation. In this technology, electrons are used as reactants and controlled by low-voltage DC power supply to rapidly oxidize cyanide into non-toxic carbon dioxide and nitrogen. The technology does not add medicine, does not need to adjust the pH which is clean and pollution-free. This paper takes the cyanide-containing wastewater treatment produced by the electric gold line and the immersion gold line of an electronics company in Jiangsu as an example to monitor the effluent data of the equipment and analyze the operating cost. The results show that the operation cost of each ton of cyanide-containing wastewater is only 1 yuan, which can make the total cyanide concentration of the effluent reach the design emission limit of 0.05 mg/L or less, and achieve a win-win situation of environmental protection and economic benefits.
