【摘要】 目的 探讨改良体位联合保温管理对长时间侧卧位手术患者的效果。方法 选择2023年1月至2024年1月在我院采取侧卧位实施手术的56例患者，随机分为两组，各28例。对照组采用常规手术室干预措施，观察组在对照组的基础上实施改良体位联合保温管理干预措施。比较两组患者Kolcaba的舒适状况量表（GCQ）及并发症发生情况。结果 干预后，观察组GCQ评分较对照组高[（99.29±12.97）分vs.(91.63±9.05)分，P=0.013]，并发症发生率较对照组低（7.14%vs. 35.71%,P=0.009）。结论 改良体位联合保温管理用于长时间侧卧位手术患者，更有利于提升其舒适度，降低术后并发症发生率。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To explore the effect of modified position combined with heat preservation management on surgical patients in prolonged lateral position. Methods A total of 56 patients who underwent surgery in our hospital in lateral recumbent position from January 2023 to January 2024 were selected and randomly divided into two groups of 28 patients each. The control group used conventional operating theatre interventions,and the observation group implemented modified position combined with insulation management interventions on the basis of the control group.Kolcaba’s general comfort questionnaire(GCQ) and the occurrence of complications were compared between the two groups. Results After the intervention, the GCQ score of the observation group was higher than that of the control group [(99.29±12.97) points vs.(91.63±9.05) points,P=0.013], and the complication rate was lower than that of the control group(7.14% vs. 35.71%, P=0.009). Conclusions Modified position combined with thermal management for prolonged lateral position surgical patients is more conducive to enhancing their comfort and reducing the incidence of postoperative complications.更多还原
