【摘要】 目的探讨难治性肾病综合征(RNS)的治疗对策及难治原因。方法对76例确诊为难治性肾病综合征患者的临床资料进行回顾性分析,研究其治疗方法及难治原因。结果 76例患者经治疗后,完全缓解39例,部分缓解28例,无效9例。经过综合分析,其难治原因主要表现在:病理类型难治、激素吸收障碍、激素治疗不规范及合并多种并发症。结论导致肾病综合征难治的原因非常复杂,规范使用激素及免疫抑制剂、控制感染、适时抗凝及降脂、及时处理各种并发症,是治疗RNS的关键。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To discuss the refractory nephrotic syndrome and therapy of reasons.Methods 76 patients diagnosed with nephrotic syndrome were retrospectively analyzed clinical data to study the treatment of refractory reasons.Results 76 patients after treatment,39 cases of complete remission,partial remission in 28 cases,9 cases,after a comprehensive analysis,mainly due to its refractory in: pathology refractory,hormone malabsorption,hormone therapy is not standardized and patients with multiple complications.Conclusion Leading cause of refractory nephrotic syndrome is very complex,regulate the use of hormones and immunosuppressive agents,infection control,anticoagulation and lipid-lowering timely manner,timely treatment of complications,the key to the treatment of RNS.更多还原
