【Abstract】 Searching for a reasonable and effective tumor model is crucial for tumor research. In recent years, zebra fish has been favored by researchers because of its high genetic similarity with human, transparent embryos and larvae, strong reproductive ability, short research period, and low cost, and has been used in the research of various tumor models such as colorectal cancer, liver cancer, and cervical cancer. This paper summarizes the recently published zebra fish tumor models,clarifies their construction methods, digs deep into their application value, explains their pros and cons, and briefly discusses on the prospects of zebra fish in tumor prevention and treatment, fundamentally expects to provide a reference for the application of zebra fish tumor models.更多还原
