斑马鱼模型在肿瘤研究中的应用进展

【摘要】 探寻合理有效的肿瘤模型对肿瘤研究至关重要。近年来,斑马鱼因与人类基因高度相似、胚胎和幼体透明、繁殖能力强、研究周期短、成本低等特性而备受研究人员青睐,已被用于结直肠癌、肝癌、宫颈癌等多种肿瘤模型的研究中。本文将近期见刊的多个斑马鱼肿瘤模型做一汇总,明晰其构建方法,深挖其应用价值,阐明其利弊是非,浅议斑马鱼在肿瘤防治方面的应用前景,以期为斑马鱼肿瘤模型的应用提供参考。

【Abstract】 Searching for a reasonable and effective tumor model is crucial for tumor research. In recent years, zebra fish has been favored by researchers because of its high genetic similarity with human, transparent embryos and larvae, strong reproductive ability, short research period, and low cost, and has been used in the research of various tumor models such as colorectal cancer, liver cancer, and cervical cancer. This paper summarizes the recently published zebra fish tumor models,clarifies their construction methods, digs deep into their application value, explains their pros and cons, and briefly discusses on the prospects of zebra fish in tumor prevention and treatment, fundamentally expects to provide a reference for the application of zebra fish tumor models.
