【摘要】 目的:探讨城市老年人技术焦虑的现状及影响因素，并分析技术焦虑与电子健康素养的相关性。方法:2022年2—4月，采用便利抽样法抽取成都市某三甲医院门诊就诊的213例城市老年人为研究对象，采用一般资料调查表、技术焦虑量表、电子健康素养量表进行调查。结果:213例城市老年人技术焦虑总分的中位数为37.00分，电子健康素养总分的中位数为23.00分。多元线性回归分析显示，年龄、学历、电子健康素养总分是城市老年人技术焦虑总分的影响因素(P<0.05)。城市老年人技术焦虑总分与电子健康素养总分呈负相关(r=-0.386,P<0.05)。结论:城市老年人技术焦虑问题较严重，电子健康素养情况较差。建议将技术焦虑筛查作为老年人心理健康筛查的常规项目，尽早识别老年人在使用数字信息技术方面的焦虑、紧张情绪，从而采取针对性的干预措施。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To explore the status quo and influencing factors of technology anxiety among urban elderly people, and analyze the correlation between technology anxiety and eHealth literacy.Methods:From February to April 2022,a convenient sampling method was used to select 213 urban elderly people visiting outpatient department of a 3A hospital in Chengdu as the research subjects. The survey was conducted using a general information questionnaire, a technology anxiety scale, and an eHealth literacy scale.Results:The median of the total score of technology anxiety among 213 urban elderly people was 37.00 points, and the median of the total score of eHealth literacy was 23.00 points. Multiple linear regression analysis showed that age, education level, and total score of eHealth literacy were the influencing factors for the total score of technology anxiety among urban elderly people(P<0.05). The total score of technology anxiety among urban elderly people was negatively correlated with the total score of eHealth literacy(r=-0.386, P<0.05).Conclusion:The problem of technical anxiety among urban elderly people is relatively serious, and their eHealth literacy is relatively poor. It is recommended to make technology anxiety screening a routine item in the mental health screening of elderly people, and identify the anxiety and tension of elderly people in using digital information technology as soon as possible, so as to take targeted intervention measures.更多还原
