边疆民族地区大学生就业心理研究的民族视野
Cross-cultural Psychology——Employment Psychology of College Students of Frontier Ethnic Areas from the National Perspective
【摘要】 跨文化心理学是对科学心理学的批判和继承,追求以文化为中心的前提下,探索人类心理和行为规律的特殊性和共性,适应了文化多元化发展的时代需求,突出了文化对心理的影响。边疆民族地区大学生就业问题关系到国家稳定、民族和睦和文化繁荣,不同民族所特有的文化影响了民族大学生的就业观,深入了解他们的就业心理需要突破传统心理学的研究范式,从跨文化的角度,正视民族差异的客观性。
【Abstract】 Cross-cultural psychology is the criticism and inheritance of scientific psychology.It is culture-centered and explores the specialty and generality of human psychology and behavior.It adapts to the era demand for diversity development of culture,and highlights the influence of culture on the psychology.The problem of employment of university students in frontier ethnic areas is related to the national stability,ethnic harmony and cultural prosperity.Influenced by their peculiar culture,college students of different ethnic groups have different employment outlook.For an in-depth understanding of their employment psychology,we need to break through the traditional research paradigm in psychology and face the objectivity to ethnic differences from a cross-cultural perspective.
