【摘要】 目的分析经典型霍奇金淋巴瘤(classical Hodgkin lymphoma,c HL)石蜡组织中程序性死亡受体1(programmed death-1,PD-1)及其配体1(programmed death-ligand 1,PD-L1)的表达情况。方法利用免疫组化法检测29例c HL组织中PD-1、PD-L1的表达情况。结果 28例c HL肿瘤细胞PD-L1阳性,22例非肿瘤细胞PD-L1阳性;29例c HL肿瘤细胞PD-1均阴性,5例非肿瘤细胞PD-1阳性,并可见PD-1+淋巴细胞呈花环状围绕肿瘤细胞。结论 c HL肿瘤细胞及非肿瘤细胞均可表达PD-L1,但肿瘤细胞不表达PD-1,非肿瘤细胞PD-1表达率也较低,且PD-1+淋巴细胞常呈花环状围绕肿瘤细胞。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective Purpose To evaluate programmed death-1(PD-1)and programmed death-ligand 1(PD-L1) expression in classical Hodgkin lymphoma(c HL). Methods Immunohistochemistry was utilized to investigate PD-1 and PD-L1 expression in 29 c HL tissues. Results Tumor cells in 28 of 29 cases were positive for PD-L1,and non-tumor cells in 22 of 29 cases were positive for PD-L1. While tumor cells in all cases were negative for PD-1,and non-tumor cells in 5 of 29 cases were positive for PD-1. Moreover,PD-1+ lymphocytes formed rosettes around the neoplastic cells. Conclusion Both c HL tumor cells and non-tumor cells can express PD-L1,but tumor cells do not express PD-1,and the expression rate of PD-1 on non-tumor cells is also low. PD-1+ lymphocytes often form rosettes around the neoplastic cells.更多还原
