【摘要】 中药材产地加工是中药材生产过程的重要组成部分,不仅是为了干燥后有利于运输和贮藏,更是依据各中药材不同理化性质而采用不同的加工方法,以促使其与功效相关的化学物质发生化学转化与生物转化,形成和赋予中药材所特有的药性的过程。因此,先贤们在长期的生产实践中形成了各式各样的中药材产地加工干燥技术和方法,并被现代研究证实这些传统加工技术方法大多是科学合理和适宜的。然而,随着中药材生产过程工业化程度的不断提升,如何建立科学合理、集约高效的适宜干燥技术方法和设备,是实现中药材产地加工规范化、规模化的关键科学问题。本文是在对我国目前中药材产地加工现状深入调查研究的基础上,结合相关领域现代干燥技术进行分析和评价,提出中药材产地加工科学的评价方法和适宜的技术体系,为推进我国中药材产地加工过程的规范化和标准化作出应有的贡献。更多还原

【Abstract】 Primary processing of Traditional Chinese Medicinal Materials(CMM),as an important part of CMM production,is not only helpful for its transportation and storage,but also for the physiological and chemical transformation of the most active substances through different drying methods according to the differences of physiological and chemical properties and formed the specific property of herbal medicines.Most methods and technologies system of traditional primary processing were derived from the long-term practices and experiences,which were proved distinctive,colorful and diverse,and scientific by modern research.How to build suitable and scientific drying technology and equipment are gradually becoming the key problems with the continuous improvement of production process industrialization.This article proposed the scientific evaluate methods and suitable technology system of primary processing of CMM based on the status investigation and the application of modern drying technologies.These data would provide references and promote the normalization and standardization of primary processing of CMMs.更多还原
