老年食管癌特征及放化疗结合与单纯放疗的效果分析
The Characteristics of Esophageal Cancer in the Elderly and the Effect of Radiotherapy and Chemotherapy Combined with Radiotherapy Alone
【摘要】 目的探讨老年食管癌特征和放化疗结合与单纯放疗的效果。方法采用该院2017年1月—2019年12月接收的老年食管癌患者共计80例进行研究,按照抛硬币法将患者划分成对照组(40例)和研究组(40例)。对照组患者进行单纯放疗治疗,研究组使用放化疗结合治疗,归纳总结两组治疗有效率、局部控制率、总生存率、复发率、不良反应情况。结果研究组治疗有效率82.50%、局部控制率92.50%高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(χ~2=5.000、4.501,P<0.05);研究组肿瘤复发率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组不良反应发生率和生存率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论为老年食管癌患者通过放化疗结合的方式进行治疗,效果显著,可以降低术后复发率,值得临床借鉴。
【Abstract】 Objective To explore the characteristics of esophageal cancer in the elderly and the effect of radiotherapy and chemotherapy combined with radiotherapy alone. Methods A total of 80 elderly patients with esophageal cancer received in the hospital from January 2017 to December 2019 were used for the study. The patients were divided into a control group(40 cases) and a study group(40 cases) according to the coin flip method. Patients in the control group received radiotherapy alone, and the study group used a combination of radiotherapy and chemotherapy. The treatment efficiency, local control rate, overall survival rate, recurrence rate, and adverse reactions of the two groups were summarized. Results The treatment effective rate of the study group was 82.50%, and the local control rate of 92.50%were higher than that of the control group. The difference was statistically significant(χ~2=5.000, 4.501, P <0.05); the tumor recurrence rate of the study group was lower than that of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P <0.05); there was no statistically significant difference in the incidence and survival rate of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05). Conclusion The combination of radiotherapy and chemotherapy for elderly patients with esophageal cancer has a significant effect and can reduce the postoperative recurrence rate, which is worthy of clinical reference.
