老年轻度认知功能障碍患者血中营养标志物含量及相关性分析
Analysis of the content and correlation of nutritional markers in the blood of elderly patients with mild cognitive impairment
【摘要】 目的:研究老年轻度认知功能障碍患者与体重指数(BMI)和血糖的相关性。方法:选取2015年老年病科及中医科患者577例,其中轻度认知功能障碍患者223例为轻度认知障碍(MCI)组,正常对照组354例。分别检测体重、身高、血脂、空腹血糖、果糖胺、糖化血红蛋白水平,分析MCI与BMI和血糖的相关性。结果:两组BMI、空腹血糖、果糖胺及糖化血红蛋白水平比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。在MCI组中做相关分析,BMI与MMSE评分呈正相关,空腹血糖与MMSE评分呈负相关。结论:空腹血糖越高,越易患MCI;肥胖者更不易患MCI。
【Abstract】 Objective:To study the relationship between body mass index(BMI)and blood glucose in elderly patients with mild cognitive impairment.Methods:A total of 577 patients from the geriatrics department and traditional Chinese medicine department were selected.Among them,223 patients with mild cognitive impairment were treated as the MCI group and 354 as the normal control group.The body weight,height,blood lipid,fasting blood glucose,fructosamine and glycosylated hemoglobin were measured respectively,and the correlation between MCI and body mass index and blood glucose was analyzed.Results:There were significant differences in BMI,fasting blood glucose,fructosamine and glycosylated hemoglobin levels between the two groups(P<0.05).In the MCI group,BMI was positively correlated with MMSE score,while fasting blood glucose was negatively correlated with MMSE score.Conclusion:The higher the fasting blood glucose,the more likely to suffer from MCI,obese people are less likely to suffer from MCI.
