【摘要】 目的:探讨早期护理干预措施对预防血液透析患者发生低血压的效果。方法:收治血液透析患者96例,随机分为观察组与对照组,各48例,对照组给予常规透析护理措施,观察组在对照组的基础上,对患者进行全面的评估并给予早期护理干预措施,比较两组在血液透析过程中发生低血压的情况。结果:观察组发生低血压62例次(5.57%),少于对照组的178例次(15.0%)(P<0.05)。结论:对血液透析患者早期实行护理干预措施,可明显降低其透析后低血压的发生率,改善患者的症状。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To discuss the effect of early nursing intervention for the prevention of hypotension in hemodialysis patients.Methods:96 patients with hemodialysis were selected.They were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group,with 48 cases in each.The control group were given routine dialysis nursing measures.On the basis of the control group,the observation group were given comprehensive assessment and early nursing intervention measures.We compared the incidence of hypotension during hemodialysis in the two groups.Results:The observation group hypotension occurred in 62 case(5.57%)lower than the control group of 178 case(15%)(P<0.05).Conclusion:The early nursing intervention measures for hemodialysis patients can significantly reduce the incidence of hypotension after hemodialysis,and improve the symptoms of patients.更多还原
