【摘要】 目的:比较不同手术方法治疗腹股沟疝的临床效果。方法:将52例腹股沟疝患者分成两组,给予腹腔镜组腹腔镜疝修补术,给予对照组开放式无张力疝修补术,比较两组临床效果。结果:腹腔镜组手术时间、失血量、体温增加度数、止痛药物应用次数均少于对照组,并发症发生率低于对照组(0 VS 28.0%,P<0.05)。结论:腹腔镜疝修补术治疗腹股沟疝患者的临床效果优于开放式无张力疝修补术。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To compare the clinical effects of different operation methods in the treatment of inguinal hernia.Methods:52 patients with inguinal hernia were randomly divided into two groups.Laparoscopic group was given laparoscopic hernia repair,the control group was given open tension-free hernia repair.The clinical effects of two groups were compared.Results:In the laparoscopic group,operation time,blood loss,degree of elevated temperature and useing analgesic drugs were less than that of the control group,the incidence of complications was lower than the control group(0% VS 28%,P<0.05).Conclusion:Clinical effect of laparoscopic hernia repair in the treatment of patients with inguinal hernia is better than open tension-free hernia repair,and it is worthy of clinical promotion.更多还原
