探讨基于心脏3D打印模型的PBL教学模式在心内科临床带教中的应用效果

【摘要】 目的 探讨基于心脏3D打印模型的PBL教学模式在心内科临床带教中的应用效果。方法 选取2021年3—6月齐齐哈尔医学院2017级本科临床专业学生50名作为研究对象,采用随机数表法将其分为观察组与对照组。对照组25名学生进行常规心内科临床实习带教,观察组25名学生则接受基于心脏3D打印模型的PBL教学模式。对比两组学生临床实习效果及教学满意度情况。结果 出科时,观察组实习带教效果、教学满意度各维度评分均明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 在心内科临床带教中引入基于心脏3D打印模型的PBL教学模式可显著提升医学生实习效果,能够充分调动医学生学习积极性、提高心内科教学效果,同时还有利于带教老师教学水平的提升,具有应用及推广价值。

【Abstract】 Objective To explore the application effect of the PBL teaching model based on the 3 D printing model of the heart in the clinical teaching of cardiology.Methods 50 undergraduate clinical students from Qiqihar Medical College in2017 from March to June 2021 were selected as the research objects,and they were divided into observation group and control group by random number table method.The 25 students in the control group were taught by routine cardiology clinical practice,and the 25 students in the observation group received the PBL teaching model based on the heart 3 D printing model.The clinical practice effects and teaching satisfaction of the two groups of students were compared.Results The effect of practice teaching and the scores of all dimensions of teaching satisfaction in the observation group were significantly higher than those of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The introduction of PBL teaching mode based on the 3 D printing model of the heart in the clinical teaching of cardiology can significantly improve the effect of medical students’ internship,can fully mobilize the enthusiasm of medical students to learn,and improve the teaching effect of cardiology.At the same time,it is also conducive to the improvement of the teaching level of teachers,and has application and promotion value.
