高性能单晶硅光伏组件选型研究

【摘要】 以光伏组件市场情况、太阳电池类型、光伏组件生产工艺作为光伏组件选型中的重点参考因素,针对各因素对光伏组件选型的影响进行了详细的分析;然后在此基础上引入了新的指标——效率性价比对光伏组件的性价比进行评估,以其作为光伏组件选型指标,并对高性能光伏组件的选型流程进行了系统梳理。以地面光伏电站和屋面光伏电站的光伏组件选型过程为例,展示了高性能光伏组件的选型过程,并对以效率性价比作为光伏组件选型参考指标的有效性进行了验证。研究结果表明:所提出的高性能光伏组件选型流程可以提升比选高性能光伏组件时的效率,且效率性价比这一指标在地面光伏电站与屋面光伏电站的光伏组件选型中均具有参考价值。

【Abstract】 In this paper,the market situation of PV modules,the type of solar cells and the production process of PV modules are taking as the key reference factors in the selection of PV modules,the influence of various factors on the selection of PV modules is analyzed in detail. Then on this basis,a new index——efficiency cost performance ratio is introduced to evaluate the cost performance ratio of PV modules,which taken as the selection index of PV modules,and the selection process of high-performance PV modules is systematically combed. Taking the selection process of PV modules of ground PV power station and roof PV power station as an example,the selection process of high-performance PV modules is shown,and the effectiveness of efficiency cost performance ratio as the reference index of PV module selection is verified. The research results show that the proposed selection process of high-performance PV modules can improve the efficiency of comparison and selection of high-performance PV modules. The index of efficiency cost performance ratio has reference value in the selection of PV modules for ground PV power station and roof PV power station.
