高温纯化装备加热器构型研究
Research on the configuration of heaters in high- temperature purification equipment
【摘要】 采用计算流体力学(Computational Fluid Dynamics, CFD)结合实验的方法,在高温纯化装备n构型加热器基础上,提出I构型加热器结构,并对两者造成的流场和热场进行对比分析。研究发现,I型加热器的炉内气流场与n型的并无显著不同,而I型加热器的炉内温度极差最大为6.6℃,而n型加热器的炉内最大温差为11℃,因此I型加热器的炉内温度分布较均匀。且I型加热器面积较小,加热能耗可较n型的节省21.4%。本研究提出的I型加热器用于高温纯化装备可提高温度均匀性并降低能耗,为高温纯化装备的优化设计提供了理论基础。
【Abstract】 By means of computational fluid dynamics(CFD) combined with experiments, the structure of the I configuration heater is proposed based on the n-configuration heater of the high-temperature purification equipment, and the flow field and thermal field caused by the two are compared and analyzed.It found that there was no significant difference in the airflow patterns inside the furnace between type I heaters and type n heaters.However, the maximum temperature difference inside the furnace for type I heaters is 6.6 ℃,whereas for type n heaters it is 11 ℃.Therefore, the temperature distribution inside the furnace of type I heaters is more uniform.Additionally, the I-type heater has a smaller area, resulting in a 21.4% reduction in heating energy consumption compared to the n-type heater.Therefore, the type I heater proposed in this study can improve the temperature uniformity and reduce energy consumption for high temperature purification equipment, which provides a theoretical basis for the optimal design of high temperature purification equipment.
