【摘要】 ＷＩＮＤＯＷＳ９５操作系统已成为一个完整的操作系统．与ＤＯＳ操作系统相比较，它在基本结构上增加了大量的功能，特别是在文件管理方面．本文介绍了ＷＩＮＤＯＷＳ９５的新的文件系统—虚拟文件系统（ＶＦＡＴ）和ＷＩＮＤＯＷＳ９５中长文件名的使用及其使用中应注意的问题．
