基于AMESim的两级电液伺服阀建模及故障仿真
Two Stage Electro-Hydraulic Servo Valve Modeling and Fault Simulation Based on AMESim
【摘要】 仿真实验是科学研究的重要手段,电液伺服阀是液压伺服系统的核心元件,应用AMESim对双喷嘴挡板力反馈两级电液伺服阀进行建模仿真,通过仿真试验数据验证了仿真模型的有效性并模拟分析了高温、油液污染等因素对伺服阀动态性能的影响。仿真结果作为实际系统的故障样本,可为伺服阀的故障诊断研究提供依据。
【Abstract】 Simulation experiment is an important means of scientific research. Electro-hydraulic servo valve is the core component of hydraulic servo system. In this paper, AMESim is applied to model and simulate the two-stage electro-hydraulic servo valve with force feedback of double nozzle baffle, and the effectiveness of the simulation model is verified by simulation test data and the influence of high temperature, oil pollution and other factors on the dynamic performance of the servo valve is simulated. As the fault sample of the actual system, the simulation results can provide the basis for the fault diagnosis research of the servo valve.
