【摘要】 对北京市建筑垃圾的定义进行阐述，详细剖析了建筑垃圾的环境和资源属性，同时对北京市建筑垃圾发展历程进行研究，并对建筑垃圾处置利用重点工作进行梳理。结果表明，北京市建筑垃圾处置利用发展历程主要包括三个阶段，第一个阶段在2008年以前，建筑垃圾简单填埋消纳阶段；第二阶段在2008～2015年，北京市建筑垃圾由消纳填埋逐渐转化资源化利用阶段；第三阶段是2015年至今，建筑垃圾资源化利用由示范逐步走向工厂阶段。最后对北京市建筑垃圾处置利用重点工作进行梳理总结，并提出相关建议。更多还原

【Abstract】 The definition of construction waste in Beijing was expounded, and the environmental and resource attributes of construction waste were analyzed in detail.At the same time, the development process of construction waste in Beijing was studied, and the key work of construction waste disposal and utilization was sorted out.The results show that the development process of construction waste disposal and utilization in Beijing mainly includes three stages.The first stage is the simple landfill and consumption stage of construction waste before 2008.In the second stage, from 2008 to 2015,construction waste in Beijing gradually transformed from landfill to resource utilization.The third stage is from 2015 to now, the recycling of construction waste is gradually moving from demonstration to factory stage.Finally, the paper summarizes the key work of construction waste disposal and utilization in Beijing, and puts forward relevant suggestions.更多还原
