【Abstract】 The new generation vacuum welding equipment developed for aviation & aerospace industry is a kind of small and high-precision electromechanical integration equipment.The equipment adopts touchable integrated electronic control system to replace the traditional button control system.With the advantages of compact,stable performance,safe,reliable,and high degree of automation,the vacuum welding equipment is mainly used for the vacuum(atmosphere protection) welding in low-temperature circumstance.It can be widely used in chip assembly and packaging process of various electronic components,such as the vacuum(atmosphere protection) welding(sintering) of the chip and LTCC substrate in MCM technology.The equipment can be used to weld manually or automatically according to the process under the given value.更多还原
