“美食之都”建设背景下成都外国美食国际形象研究
Research on the International Image of Foreign Cuisine in Chengdu Under the Construction of “City of Gastronomy”
【摘要】 本研究基于全球最大的国际性旅游评论网站猫途鹰(Tripadvisor)排行榜中入境游客对于成都外国餐厅的评价,对TripAdvisor中英文评价数最高的4家餐厅的英文评价建立数据库,分析得出成都外国餐厅的国际形象:成都外国餐厅的菜品贴合原产地,服务质量高,但顾客与餐厅服务人员存在语言沟通障碍,且餐厅的价格偏高。
【Abstract】 This research is based on the evaluation of foreign restaurants in Chengdu by inbound tourists in the ranking list of the world’s largest international tourism review website TripAdvisor, and establishes a database of English evaluations of the four restaurants with the highest number of English evaluations on Trip Advisor. The international image of foreign restaurants in Chengdu is obtained through analysis: the dishes of foreign restaurants in Chengdu fit the place of origin and the service quality is high. However, there are language communication barriers between customers and restaurant service personnel, and the prices of restaurants are high.
