响应面法优化红松松籽壳色素提取工艺的研究

【摘要】 以红松松籽壳为原料,采用响应面法对水溶液提取松籽壳色素的条件进行优化并建立回归模型,得到最佳提取条件为:提取时间5.06h,温度80.4℃,液料比35∶1(mL∶g),提取液pH12。经回归分析表明:回归方程的R2=97.40%,R2Adj=94.81%,预测提取液吸光值为1.802。经验证在最佳提取条件下,松籽壳色素提取液的吸光值为1.800,回归模型的预测值与实测值的相对误差<1%。

【Abstract】 Taking the pine nut shell as raw materials,with the response surface analytical method(rsm),the regressive model through the optimization of main technical parameters of extraction pine nut pigment by water solution was obtained. The best conditions were as follow:extracting time 5. 06h;temperature 80. 4℃,the proportion of liquid to material 35∶ 1(mL∶ g),extracting pH 12. The regressive analysis indicated R2=97. 40%,R2Adj=94. 81%,the estimating OD value of extracting solution was 1. 802. Through the validating test,under the best extracting conditions,the OD value of solution was 1. 800. The relative error between the estimating data of regressive model and actual data was less than 1%.
