可任意比例混合的阻燃PC/PET工程塑料合金的制备

【摘要】 在聚碳酸酯(PC)/聚对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯(PET)工程塑料合金研究的基础上,通过引入阻燃剂制得阻燃PC/PET工程塑料合金。首先,考察3种不同类型相容增韧剂对PC/PET工程塑料合金挤出加工和性能的影响,筛选出可用于该体系的相容增韧剂甲基丙烯酸甲酯-丁二烯-苯乙烯共聚物(MBS),并确定其最佳用量;其次,固定MBS用量,考察调整PC和PET配比对材料性能的影响;最后,考察3种不同种类溴系阻燃剂用量对阻燃PC/PET工程塑料合金性能的影响,并确定了最佳的阻燃剂体系。结果表明:MBS是PC/PET最佳的相容增韧剂,当其质量份数为8时对体系相容性最好;溴代三嗪和三氧化二锑复配用于PC/PET工程塑料合金阻燃时,最佳质量份数分别为7和2.5。在该阻燃体系条件下,PC质量分数在50%~80%时,制得的阻燃PC/PET工程塑料合金综合性能最佳,注塑加工成型性和表面光泽度最好。所研制的阻燃PC/PET工程塑料合金可应用于小家电外壳、插座、接线板和其他表面结构塑胶件。

【Abstract】 Based on the research of polycarbonate(PC)/polyethylene terephthalate(PET) engineering plastic alloy, the flame retardant PC/PET engineering plastic alloy was prepared by introducing flame retardant. Firstly, the effects of three different types of compatibilizers on the extrusion processing and properties of PC/PET engineering plastic alloy were investigated, and the compatibilizer methyl methacrylate-butadiene-styrene(MBS) which can be used in the system was selected, and the optimal dosage was determined. Secondly, the addition of MBS was fixed, and the effect of adjusting the ratio of PC and PET on the properties of the material was investigated. Finally, the effects of three different kinds of bromine flame retardants on the properties of PC/PET engineering plastic alloy were investigated, and the best flame retardant system was determined. When the mixture of tri(tribromophenyl) cyanurate and antimony trioxide is used as flame retardant for PC/PET engineering plastic alloy, the optimum mass fractions are 7 and 2.5 respectively. Under the condition of the flame retardant system, when the mass fraction of PC is 50%-80%, the flame retardant PC/PET engineering plastic alloy has the best comprehensive properties, injection molding and surface gloss. The developed flame-retardant PC/PET engineering plastic alloy can be applied to the shell, socket, wiring board and other surface structural plastic parts of small household appliances.
