何以可教:大学生创新创业能力生成机制的实证研究
How can be taught: An empirical study on the generation mechanism of university students’ innovation and entrepreneurship ability
【摘要】 数字化和智能化时代要求大学推进创新创业教育实施和范式转型。创新创业教育的功能内核是培养大学生创新创业能力,但目前鲜有关于创新创业能力可以通过专门的创新创业教育获得和提升的实证论据。本研究在界定和设计创新创业能力测量工具的基础上,面向两所一流大学966名学生展开调查,对创新创业能力及其教育支持现状、创新创业能力是否可教及其生成机制进行了实证分析。研究发现:第一,大学生创新创业能力涵盖学习力、创造力、领导力和实践力四大核心能力,当前呈中等发展水平,存在较大提升空间;第二,创新创业能力是可教的,但与之适配的课程建设和资源支持缺乏有效供给;第三,学生学习动机和投入在学校教育支持因素和创新创业能力之间具有部分中介作用,大学生创新创业能力是学校教育支持和学生学习协同交互的结果。因此,未来应增进创新创业能力可教的理念认同,强化创新创业教育课程的高质量建设,扩大创新创业教育内外资源的精准供给,深化创新创业自主深度学习与挑战性参与,从而确保创新创业教育的持续推进与提质增效。
【Abstract】 In the age of digitization and intelligentization, educational paradigm of universities is required to transform to promote innovation and entrepreneurship education. The core function of innovation and entrepreneurship education is to cultivate university students’ relavent ability, but few empirical studies have proved that innovation and entrepreneurship ability can be educated by specialized innovation and entrepreneurship education. This study redefined and measured the innovation and entrepreneurship ability of 966 university students from two first-class universities, and then tries to respond to the following questions: what is the overall situation of innovation and entrepreneurship ability? Does it can be taught? How is it generated? The findings are as follows: First, university students’ innovation and entrepreneurship ability covers learning ability, creativity, leadership and practical ability. However, they are at a medium development level at present, with large room for improvement. Second,innovation and entrepreneurship ability can be taught, but there is a lack of effective supply of corresponding curriculum, resource and support. Third, students’ learning motivation and engagement play a partial mediating role between university educational support factors and innovation and entrepreneurship ability, which indicates that university students’ innovation and entrepreneurship ability is the product of synergistic interaction between university educational factors and students’ learning factors. Therefore, to ensure the promotion and quality of innovation and entrepreneurship education, it is necessary to recognize innovation and entrepreneurship ability can be taught, strengthen the quality of specialized courses construction,enhance the precision of internal and external resource delivery, as well as promote students to participate deep learning and challenging activities autonomously.
